Shipping Information

At Belcam, we pride ourselves on timely order processing and shipping. Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

All products on our site, unless otherwise noted, will be shipped within 2 working days from our facility in Rouses Point, NY. Orders received after 3:30 PM will be processed the following day.

To determine your UPS GROUND delivery time, please use our 2 day processing time, plus UPS shipping time (see map below). 

ALL FRAGRANCES AND HAZARDOUS PRODUCTS CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED BY UPS GROUND.

 

US POSTAL SERVICE SHIPPING TIMES (USPS)

All Belcam bath products and beauty tools are eligible to be shipped by UPS or by the US Postal Service.  Delivery time is determined by adding our 2 day processing to the USPS delivery estimates below.

USPS First Class Package Service - Retail:  1 - 3 business days  

USPS Parcel Select Ground:  2 - 8 business days
