Denco’s 3407 Toenail Nipper is made in Italy and features a curved head with sharp cutting edges. The smooth, lever-action design will provide you with the power to cut through your toenails easily. The durable construction will give you a lifetime of excellent results!
If your toenails are thick or very curved and you have trouble using a clipper, the Nail Nipper will be a good choice. The pliers-style design provides the strength to cut through thick toenails and the curved head allows for large or small precision cuts.
1. Wash your feet in warm, soapy water or use after a shower or bath. Clean, softened toenails are the goal.
2. Beginning on the right side of the nail (if you are right handed; beginning on the left if you are left handed), trim your toenail to the desired length.
3. Your toenails should be cut so they are even with the tip of your toe.
4. Remember to cut your toenails straight across to avoid ingrowns.
It's best to keep your nippers in a dry environment. If they get wet, dry them with a clean towel. You can also keep the cutting edges clean by wiping them with a towel after use. Swabbing the blades with rubbing alcohol and allowing them to air dry (while open) can help to keep them bacteria-free. If the tension begins to feel less smooth after a time, open the nippers wide and place a drop of oil in the joint. Work the oil in by gently closing and opening the handles. Then wipe any excess from the surface of the nippers with a cloth.
